What type of payment do you take?

Your payment security is important to us. PayPal has the most secure online transaction processing available. For that reason we have chosen them as our representation for payment. It's quick, easy and they provide the most payment options.

Can I return the item for a refund?

At Top Shelf Liquor Display great care is taken in custom building the product to the specs you request. For this reason we are unable to offer any refunds.

How long does it take to receive my order once the order is placed?

Our process has been refined to offer you the quickest turnaround in the industry for a custom product. We make every effort to ship product that same day if your order is received by noon. At checkout you chose the shipping method so actual receipt of product is most dependent on that. You will be sent a "shipping notice" (via e-mail) with tracking info so you can monitor your Top Shelf Liquor Display.

What if the product is damaged upon receipt?

Unfortunately we can't control the product once it leaves our facility. For that reason we have taken extreme measures to package the product for protection. Our packaging has been engineered to provide a level of protection unmatched. It's unlikely that with normal handling any damage will occur. If there is damage please contact the shipping company immediately and file a report.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, you have an option to identify a different "Ship to" address than the "Bill to" address at the time of checkout.

What if I want something different than what I see on your web site?

Great, let's talk! We encourage people to share their ideas with us. We will make every attempt to provide you with exactly what it is you are looking for. The liquor displays you see on our site are the top selling sizes and colors. However, many other options are available. If you have a size, color or wood species that you would like, just let us know. It is almost without certainty that we can provide that. We are also interesting in doing custom projects that you may have a need for. Our "Custom Design Gallery" depicts some of the projects we have completed.
